HOW TO LOSE CLIENTS: A GRAPHIC DESIGNER`S DECALOGUE
This project was a challenge in the course "Innovation and Business," aimed at creating a poster that summarized ten essential ethical-labor principles for a professional graphic designer. Titled "How to Lose Clients," the work uses a sarcastic tone to illustrate common situations in the industry, parodying unrealistic expectations and the abuses designers often face.
The result is a poster with a pixelated aesthetic, reminiscent of 80s video games, using irreverent and direct language to express fundamental principles. The clever phrases respond to absurd situations, turning frustration into powerful responses that encourage reflection from both designers and clients, reinforcing the idea that being a professional doesn’t mean getting stepped on.
